Biography
Charles Blavette was a French film actor. He was born on 24 June 1902 in Marseille and died on 21 November 1967 in Suresnes.
He appeared in around 50 films between 1933 and 1966, often in supporting roles in French cinema. His credits include Toni (1935) as Antonio Canova, The Baker's Wife (1938) as Antonin, The Well-Digger's Daughter (1940) as Le teinturier, Jenny Lamour (1947) as Gendarme Poitevin, Picnic on the Grass (1959) as le berger Gaspard, Eyes Without a Face (1960) as the man from the pond, The Big Risk (1960) as Mr. Bénazet, and The Long Absence (1961) as Fernand.
