Biography
Cheryl Klam, also credited as Cheryl Guttridge, is an American actress and novelist. She appeared in several early films associated with Sam Raimi, including as Jane Bradley in It's Murder! (1977) and as a Fake Shemp in The Evil Dead (1981). Other credits include Stryker's War (1980) and Thou Shalt Not Kill... Except (1985), in which she played Sally under the name Cheryl Hausen.
After working as an actress and model, Klam studied political science at the University of Michigan. She later became a staff writer at National Geographic Television and turned to novel writing. She has published young adult novels such as Learning to Swim (2007) and The Pretty One (2008), as well as romantic suspense fiction under the pen name Margaret Allison.
