Biography
Chris Cooke was an American actor. He appeared in several films directed by Hal Hartley, including as Vic Hugo in The Unbelievable Truth (1990), Vic in Simple Men (1992) and a diner patron in Trust (1990). He also provided the voice of Colonel Ferguson in I Married a Strange Person! (1998).
Cooke founded the Long Island Film Festival in 1983 and served as Director of the Suffolk County Film Commission on Long Island, New York. In that capacity he assisted emerging filmmakers, including Hartley.
