Biography
Christiane Krüger is a German actress. She was born on 8 September 1945 in Hamburg and is the daughter of actress Renate Densow and the adopted daughter of actor Hardy Krüger. She trained with Else Bongers in Berlin, made her stage debut at Theater Koblenz, and appeared at the Komödie Berlin.
Her screen career began with the 1967 film 48 Stunden bis Acapulco. She has appeared in numerous German films and television productions, including roles in Derrick, Tatort and other crime series, as well as the English-language miniseries Anne of Green Gables (1985) as Mrs Allan. She played Captain's Concubine in Luc Besson's The Last Battle (1983). Krüger was married to painter and photographer Manfred Bockelmann from 1974 until their divorce in 2011; they have one child.
