Biography
Christina Friel is a writer. She co-wrote the screenplay for the 2026 action comedy film Stop! That! Train!, directed by Adam Shankman and starring RuPaul Charles, Ginger Minj and Jujubee.
Friel has written episodes of the animated series Hazbin Hotel (2025) and Grimsburg (2024–2025), on which she also served as story editor and staff writer. She created the podcast series Academy (2023) and wrote the 2021 television film The Bitch Who Stole Christmas.
She began her career in production assistant and intern roles on series including Desus & Mero, Broad City, Younger and Search Party.
