Biography
Christophe Bourseiller is a French actor, writer and journalist. Born Christophe Gintzburger on 27 September 1957 in Paris, he began his career as a child actor, appearing at the age of four in Yves Robert's War of the Buttons (1962). He later took small roles in films by Jean-Luc Godard, including The Married Woman (1964) and 2 or 3 Things I Know About Her (1967).
He continued acting into adulthood, with appearances in Pardon Mon Affaire (1976), We Will All Meet in Paradise (1977) and P.R.O.F.S. (1985), as well as later films such as LOL (Laughing Out Loud) (2009). Bourseiller has also worked extensively in theatre, published books on political extremism and counterculture, and pursued studies in philosophy. His mother was actress Chantal Darget and his stepfather was theatre director Antoine Bourseiller, whose surname he adopted professionally.
