Biography
Ciaran Murtagh is an Irish writer and author. He has written for several animated series, including The Amazing World of Gumball (seasons 4–6), Mr. Bean: The Animated Series, Shaun the Sheep and Danger Mouse.
With writing partner Andrew Jones (later Andrew Barnett-Jones), he formed the comedy theatre company The Black Sheep in 2002. He is the author of more than 45 children's books and has received BAFTA, Writers' Guild of Great Britain and British Animation Awards.
