Biography
Claudia Geisler-Bading is a German actress. She trained at the Hochschule für Schauspielkunst Ernst Busch in Berlin from 1986 to 1990 and was a member of the ensemble at the Deutsches Theater Berlin from 1991 to 2001.
She has appeared in numerous films and television productions. Her credits include Jerichow (2008), Pope Joan (2009), Barbara (2012), Lore (2012), The Monuments Men (2014), Phoenix (2014), Goodbye Berlin (2016) and Sound of Falling (2025), in which she played Irm. She has a recurring role as Rechtsmedizinerin Dr. Marlene Seefeldt in the series Spreewaldkrimi.
Geisler-Bading is married to actor Thomas Bading; their daughters Emma and Bella are also actresses. She is a professor of stage acting at the Filmuniversität Babelsberg.
