Biography
Conchita Airoldi is an Italian producer and former actress, also credited early in her career as Cristina Airoldi. She began acting in the early 1970s in films such as The Strange Vice of Mrs. Wardh (1971) and appeared as an inhabitant of Panarea in Nanni Moretti's Caro diario (1993). She later worked as an assistant director before moving into production.
Airoldi heads Urania Pictures and has produced or co-produced numerous Italian and international films, including Cemetery Man (1994), Titus (1999), Fat Girl (2001), Pasolini (2014), Benedetta (2021) and Dark Glasses (2022). Her credits also include Microcosmos (1996), The Belly of an Architect (1987) and Route Irish (2011).
