Biography
Cora Pratz is a German production designer. She was born in 1977 in Ludwigsburg, Baden-Württemberg.
She trained in fine arts and design, including studies at the Kunstakademie Münster and the Internationale Filmschule Köln. Pratz began working in film and television in the mid-2000s, initially as an assistant on series such as Tatort and Wilsberg, before taking on production design roles from 2007.
Her credits include The People vs. Fritz Bauer (2015), for which she received the German Film Award for Best Production Design; Perfume (2018); I'm Your Man (2021); Home (2020); Islands (2025); and The Weight (2026). She has also worked as supervising art director on Mother Mary (2026).
