Biography
Cornelia Köndgen is a German-Austrian actress. She trained at the Otto-Falckenberg School of Performing Arts in Munich and began her career with theatre engagements, primarily in Austria, including fixed and guest positions at the Theater in der Josefstadt, Schauspielhaus Wien, Volkstheater Wien and Landestheater Niederösterreich.
Her screen credits include the role of Mme Gerda Blonskij in Michael Haneke's The Piano Teacher (2001). She has appeared in films such as 13 Minutes (2015) as Maria Elser and in television series including Pastewka (2011) as Dr. Karstein and episodes of Tatort.
