Biography
Cory Loftis is a production designer and character designer at Walt Disney Animation Studios. He began his career contributing to Wreck-It Ralph (2012) as design lead on Heroes Duty and animator, followed by visual development on Frozen (2013).
He worked as character designer and in departmental leadership on Zootopia (2016), and later as production designer on Ralph Breaks the Internet (2018) and Raya and the Last Dragon (2021). He served as production designer on Zootopia 2 (2025). He has also contributed visual development to Leo (2023).
Loftis is based in Southern California. He was born in Corsicana, Texas, and studied 2D animation after moving to Laguna Beach.
