Biography
Daisy Hilton (1908–1969) was an English-born entertainer and film actress, one of a pair of conjoined twins with her sister Violet. They performed as sideshow attractions and in vaudeville in the United States from the 1920s, later appearing in burlesque.
The twins are best known for their roles as Siamese twins in the 1932 film Freaks, directed by Tod Browning, and as the leads in the 1952 exploitation film Chained for Life. They also had earlier uncredited film appearances, including in The Unholy Three (1925).
After their film careers, the Hilton sisters continued limited public appearances promoting re-releases of their films before retiring from show business.
