Biography
Dan Gordon is an Israeli-American screenwriter, producer and director. Born on 5 May 1947 in Southern California, he has written numerous feature films and over 200 hours of television.
His screen credits include the screenplays for Passenger 57 (1992), Wyatt Earp (1994), Murder in the First (1995), The Assignment (1997) and The Hurricane (1999), for which he received an Academy Award nomination. He developed the story for Rambo: Last Blood (2019) and Big George Foreman (2023). Television work includes writing for Highway to Heaven and Highlander: The Series. He also wrote the screenplay for the 2026 film Just Play Dead, adapting his own novel.
