Biography
Daniel Berg is a British writer, producer and director. A London-based comedy writer, he joined the writing team for The Amazing World of Gumball in May 2014 and contributed to seasons 4 and 5, as well as related specials.
Earlier credits include co-writing the E4 series The Midnight Beast (2014) with Nathan Auerbach. He also wrote an episode of Counterfeit Cat (2016). In November 2016 he co-founded the stand-up comedy platform NextUp Comedy, where he serves as CEO and has produced several specials.
As part of the The Amazing World of Gumball writing staff, he shared a BAFTA Children's Award for Best Writer in 2016.
