Biography
Dave Metzger is a television writer. He began his career in the industry working as an assistant to film producer John Davis before joining The Blacklist (2013) as a writers' assistant in 2013.
Metzger progressed to staff writer and story writer on The Blacklist, contributing episodes from 2016 onwards. His other credits include staff writer and writer roles on CSI: Vegas (2021) and writing and executive story editor work on Boston Blue (2025). He also wrote, directed and composed lyrics for the 2007 short Penguin: The Musical.
