Biography
David Blackburn is a British film editor. He was born on 1 August 1967 in London and attended art school in the UK before moving to Los Angeles.
Blackburn has edited feature films including Torque (2004), Detention (2011) and Beats (2019). His television credits include episodes of Dark Matter (2024), Swagger (2021) and BMF (2023). He has also edited music videos and commercials.
He won the MVPA Best Editing Award in 2005 for the Blink-182 video "Always" and an AICE Award in 2011 for an Adidas campaign.
