Biography
David Blake Hartley is a producer, production manager and location manager. A North Carolina native, he began his career in location management on films such as Pet Sematary (1989) and Cyborg (1989), before taking production management roles on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990) and other projects.
He collaborated extensively with producer Greg Prange on Dawson's Creek (1998–2003), serving as co-producer and producer, and continued the partnership on One Tree Hill (2003–2012) in similar capacities. Hartley has also produced episodes of Sleepy Hollow (2013–2017), The Resident (2018–2023) and Will Trent (2023), and worked as unit production manager on series including Revolution (2012–2013).
