Biography
David James Gandy (also credited as David Fredrick Gandy) is an English model and creative director. He began his career after winning a televised modelling competition and was signed to Select Model Management in London.
Gandy became the lead male model for Dolce & Gabbana, appearing in their campaigns and runway shows from 2006 to 2012, and is best known for the brand's Light Blue fragrance advertisements. He has also appeared as himself on television, including the 2019 episode of Rob & Romesh Vs focused on fashion, and had an uncredited role as a radio DJ in the 2024 series Cross.
