Biography
David Giuntoli is an American actor. He was born on 18 June 1980 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a degree in international business and finance before moving to Los Angeles in 2007 to pursue acting.
Giuntoli portrayed Detective Nick Burkhardt in the NBC series Grimm (2011–2017) and directed one episode of the show. He later played Eddie Saville in the ABC series A Million Little Things (2018–2023). His film roles include DS Scott Wickland in 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi (2016) and appearances in Buddymoon (2016) and Batman: Soul of the Dragon (2021). Earlier guest roles include parts in Grey's Anatomy, Nip/Tuck, Veronica Mars and Ghost Whisperer.
Giuntoli married his Grimm co-star Elizabeth Tulloch in June 2017. They have one daughter.
