Biography
David Ready is an American film producer and production executive. He is President of Film at Chernin Entertainment.
A native of Boston, he is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis. Ready previously worked as a production executive for Jerry Weintraub Productions and Di Bonaventura Pictures before joining Chernin Entertainment in 2013.
His producing credits include Red Sparrow (2018), The Mountain Between Us (2017), Tolkien (2019), the Fear Street trilogy (2021), Slumberland (2022), Luther: The Fallen Sun (2023) and Apex (2026).
