Biography
Debra Fordham is an American television writer and producer. She is a graduate of Valdosta State University in Valdosta, Georgia, where she studied theatre.
Fordham wrote sixteen episodes of the sitcom Scrubs (2001) and served as a producer on the series, receiving three Primetime Emmy nominations. Her other credits include writing and producing roles on Army Wives, Hart of Dixie (2011), Nashville (2012) — where she was co-executive producer and wrote nine episodes — Impulse (2018), Virgin River (2019) and The Republic of Sarah (2021). She is also the author of the play Holler Me Home.
