Biography
Diana Decker was an American-born British actress and singer. Born Isabella Charlotte Decker on 9 January 1925 in Brooklyn, New York, she moved to Britain with her mother at the age of four. Her career in film, television and on stage ran from the 1940s to the early 1960s.
She appeared in British films including San Demetrio London (1943), The Barefoot Contessa (1954) and Lolita (1962), in which she played Jean Farlow. Decker also released records as a singer and featured in television commercials and stage productions.
She was married to Eden Landeryou from 1948 until his death in 1987. Decker died in London on 4 January 2019.
