Biography
Diana Dors was an English actor. She was born Diana Mary Fluck on 23 October 1931 in Swindon, Wiltshire, and studied at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.
She appeared in British films from the late 1940s, including Oliver Twist (1948). In the 1950s she worked frequently with director J. Lee Thompson on titles such as Yield to the Night (1956). Later credits include Deep End (1971), in which she played a bathhouse client, Theatre of Blood (1973) and From Beyond the Grave (1974). She also acted in television series including episodes of Alfred Hitchcock Presents and Hammer House of Horror.
Dors died on 4 May 1984.
