Biography
Dionne Quan is an American voice actress. Born on 20 October 1978, she began voice lessons at the age of ten and secured her first professional work at fourteen, voicing television commercials.
She is known for voicing Kimi Watanabe-Finster in the Rugrats franchise, beginning with Rugrats in Paris: The Movie (2000) and continuing in the television series and Rugrats Go Wild (2003). She also voiced Trixie Tang in The Fairly OddParents (2001–2010) and Yasmin in the Bratz franchise. Quan is legally blind owing to optic nerve hypoplasia, and her scripts are provided in Braille. In 2026 she voiced Toph Beifong in the film Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender.
