Biography
Donald M. Morgan is an American cinematographer. Born in Hollywood, Los Angeles, he began his career in aerial photography before becoming a director of photography on feature films.
He worked with directors including John Carpenter on Christine (1983) and Starman (1984), Robert Zemeckis on I Wanna Hold Your Hand (1978) and Used Cars (1980), and Steven Spielberg on 1941 (1979). He provided aerial camera work on Se7en (1995). Morgan has shot numerous television films and series, including collaborations with Joseph Sargent, and is a member of the American Society of Cinematographers.
He has received five Primetime Emmy Awards for cinematography on television productions such as Something the Lord Made (2004) and Miss Evers' Boys (1997).
