Biography
Donald Todd is a television writer and producer, also credited as Don Todd. He began his career writing for series including The Twilight Zone (1985) and ALF (1986), later contributing episodes to shows such as Ugly Betty (2006), Hart of Dixie (2011), Sleepy Hollow (2013) and Second Chance (2016).
Todd served as co-showrunner and executive producer on the first season of This Is Us (2016), for which the series received a Primetime Emmy nomination for outstanding drama series. He has created or co-created series including Samantha Who? (2007) and Florida Man (2023), and worked as a consulting or executive producer on For the People (2018), Selena: The Series (2020) and Resident Alien (2021). In 2014 he signed an overall deal with 20th Century Fox Television.
