Biography
Ed Lilly is a British director and screenwriter. His debut feature film VS. (2018) world premiered at the London Film Festival, received a theatrical release and was later acquired by Netflix. He received a Writers' Guild of Great Britain nomination for Best Debut Screenplay and was long-listed in the British Independent Film Awards categories for Debut Director and Debut Screenwriter. He was previously named a Screen International Star of Tomorrow.
In television, Lilly has directed episodes of Industry (2020), for which he also served as co-executive producer on the first season, The Rising (2022), Tell Me Lies (2022–) and Surface (2022–).
