Biography
Edward K. Dodds (1922–1991) was an American production manager, assistant director and producer who worked primarily in television and feature films.
He served as associate producer and producer on the series Columbo (1971), contributing to 22 episodes between 1972 and 1976, and received a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Limited Series in 1974 as part of the production team. Earlier credits include unit manager on Prescription: Murder (1968) and associate producer on Adam-12 (1968).
Dodds also worked in production management on feature films including National Lampoon's European Vacation (1985) and Joe Versus the Volcano (1990), and as assistant director on series such as Wagon Train.
