Biography
Elena Pappová-Zvaríková (also credited as Elena Zvaríková-Pappová and Elena Pappová) was a Slovak actress. She trained at the State Conservatory in Bratislava, graduating in 1954, and began her career with the Divadlo Slovenského národného povstania in Martin before joining the Slovak National Theatre in Bratislava in 1969.
She appeared in Czechoslovak films including The Shop on Main Street (1965) as Ruzena Kolkocká, Posledná bosorka (1957) and Nevesta hôl (1972). She also performed in theatre productions of works by Chekhov, Gorky and others, and received the Andrej Bagar Prize in 1967.
