Biography
Elizabeth Gorcey is an American actress, filmmaker and writer. Born on 1 January 1962 in Long Branch, New Jersey, she trained at the American Conservatory Theater and attended Monmouth University and the University of Arizona. She began her career with summer stock theatre performances before moving into film.
Her early screen roles include June Cessna in Kidco (1984), Wendy Jo in Footloose (1984), Bonnie Clark in Grandview, U.S.A. (1984), Tina in Teen Wolf (1985) and Cozy in an episode of Beauty and the Beast (1987). She has also appeared in television series such as Highway to Heaven.
Gorcey later directed and produced documentaries including Just Another Man's Story and Adopting Ginny. She is the author, with her daughter, of the children's book series Liv on Life.
