Biography
Elsa Tang Bik-Yin, also credited as Elsa Tang, Pik-yin Tang or 鄧碧燕, is a Hong Kong screenwriter. She worked primarily on martial arts and wuxia films in the early 1990s.
Her credits include co-writing Once Upon a Time in China (1991) with Tsui Hark and others, Swordsman II (1992), The Bride with White Hair (1993), Iron Monkey (1993), Once Upon a Time in China IV (1993) and Wing Chun (1994). She received a Golden Horse Award for best adapted screenplay for The Bride with White Hair (1993) and a nomination for Swordsman II (1992).
