Biography
Emmaline Henry (1 November 1928 – 8 October 1979) was an American actress. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she began her career as a singer on local radio before moving to Hollywood in the early 1950s, where she appeared in the choruses of several musicals.
She had her first starring role as Kate Dickens in the sitcom I'm Dickens, He's Fenster (1962–1963). Henry is best known for playing Amanda Bellows, wife of Dr Alfred Bellows, in I Dream of Jeannie (1966–1970), having first appeared on the series in a different role. Her film credits include an uncredited part in Marnie (1964) and the role of Elise Dunstan in Rosemary's Baby (1968). She also appeared in Divorce American Style (1967) and Harrad Summer (1974).
Henry was married to actor Mark Roberts from 1969 until their divorce in 1974.
