Biography
Eric I. Lu is a writer, producer and director working in television and film. He has written for the Fox medical drama The Resident (2018–2022) and the ABC series High Potential (2024–). He has also served as a producer and supervising producer on both shows.
Born in Taiwan and raised in Texas, Lu graduated from Harvard College and Harvard Medical School. He co-founded the YouTube channel Jubilee Project, which produced narrative and documentary shorts that have amassed hundreds of millions of views. His 2017 documentary Looking for Luke addressed mental health and suicide in the Asian American and college communities.
