Biography
Eric Nam is an American singer, songwriter, television personality and actor. Born on 17 November 1988 in Atlanta, Georgia, he is based in South Korea and began his music career in 2013 after appearing on the talent show Birth of a Great Singer 2.
He voiced the adult Aang in the animated film Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender (2026). Nam made his feature acting debut as Jonah Yoon in the 2024 thriller Transplant and has provided voices for The Loud House (2019). He has also appeared as himself on series including The Reluctant Traveller with Eugene Levy (2023).
Nam graduated cum laude from Boston College in 2011. He was named GQ Korea's Man of the Year in 2016 and included on Forbes' 30 Under 30 Asia list in 2017.
