Biography
Erin Donovan is an American actress and television writer. She began her career as an actress in the 1970s and 1980s, appearing in series such as Police Woman, Charlie's Angels and CHiPs, and later played Betty in an episode of Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman (1993).
She has written episodes of The Mentalist (2015, as Erin Lane Donovan) and The Enemy Within (2019). Donovan also wrote and produced the 2014 documentary A Tale of Two Thieves and has developed projects with writers including Bruno Heller and Ken Woodruff. She is married to director Chris Long.
