Biography
Esther Acebo is a Spanish actress, presenter and reporter. She studied physical activity and sport sciences at the University of Castilla–La Mancha and began her career in television as the host of the children's programme Kosmi Club, later working as a reporter and presenter on the Movistar+ channel Non Stop People.
Acebo made her acting debut on national television in Ángel o Demonio (2011) and appeared in the film Los encantados (2016). She achieved international recognition for her role as Mónica Gaztambide, also known as Stockholm, in the series Money Heist (2017–2021). Subsequent credits include the miniseries Antes de perder (2019) and the film The Chalk Line (2022). She received a nomination for Best Breakthrough Actress at the Premios de la Unión de Actores y Actrices for her work in Money Heist.
