Biography
Ethan Lawrence is an English actor. He was born on 28 September 1992 in Maldon, Essex, and studied Drama and Creative Writing at Royal Holloway, University of London.
He is known for playing Joe Poulter in the BBC Three sitcom Bad Education (2012–2014, 2022) and James in the Netflix series After Life (2019–2022). His other credits include the film Magic Mike's Last Dance (2023) as Woody, How to Talk to Girls at Parties (2017) as John, and The Bad Education Movie (2015). He has also appeared in Horrible Histories since 2021.
