Biography
Fil Eisler is a composer. Czech-born and English-raised, he began his career as a recording artist, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. He toured and recorded with Robbie Williams and worked with artists including Sam Ryder, Imogen Heap and Christina Perri.
Eisler transitioned to film and television scoring in the early 2010s. Selected for the Sundance Film Composers Lab in 2008, his credits include the Netflix series Outer Banks (2020), Fox's Empire, ABC's Revenge and Showtime's Shameless. Film work encompasses How to Be Single (2016), To the Bone (2017), CHiPs (2017), Thunder Force (2021) and Proud Mary (2018). He won the SXSW Best Film Score Award for Natural Selection (2011) and has received multiple BMI Film & TV Awards.
