She has appeared in numerous film and television productions, with credits including Barbara in Send Help (2026), Mrs Enright in The Dressmaker (2015), Ginny Hoffman in Ricky Stanicky (2024), Carol in Together (2025), Mrs Cassidy in Preacher (2016), Florence in The Leftovers (2014), and Yia Yia Pandelis in Nowhere Boys (2013).
Waters is based in Victoria, Australia. She has also contributed to continuity on short films and performed on the soundtrack for The Dressmaker.
