Biography
Frank Debenham was an Australian-born British geographer, glaciologist and Antarctic explorer. He served as a geologist on Robert Falcon Scott's Terra Nova Expedition of 1910–1913.
Debenham later founded and directed the Scott Polar Research Institute at the University of Cambridge. He appears as Self in archive footage in the 1924 documentary The Great White Silence.
