Biography
Frank Gross (1905–1960) was an American film editor. Born in Chicago, Illinois, he worked primarily at Universal Pictures from the early 1930s, editing nearly ninety feature films.
His credits include All That Heaven Allows (1955), Operation Petticoat (1959), No Name on the Bullet (1959), Against All Flags (1952), Bud Abbott and Lou Costello Meet Frankenstein (1948) and Pollyanna (1960). He also edited two episodes of the television series Rawhide in 1959. Gross was a member of the American Cinema Editors.
