Biography
Frank Losee (12 June 1856 – 14 November 1937) was an American stage and screen actor. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he was a veteran of the Broadway stage before beginning work in silent films in 1915.
He appeared in numerous silent features, including Orphans of the Storm (1921) as Count de Linieres. Losee often played the father of leading actresses such as Mary Pickford, Pauline Frederick and Marguerite Clark. His wife was the actress Marion Elmore.
