Biography
Fred Weintraub was an American film and television producer. He opened the Bitter End coffee house in Greenwich Village in the early 1960s and later worked at Warner Bros., where he was involved with the documentary Woodstock (1970). He became an independent producer in 1972.
Weintraub produced Enter the Dragon (1973), starring Bruce Lee. His other credits include Rage (1972), Black Belt Jones (1974), Truck Turner (1974), The Ultimate Warrior (1975), Tom Horn (1980), The Big Brawl (1980) and High Road to China (1983). He also produced the television series The New Adventures of Robin Hood. In 2011 he published the memoir Bruce Lee, Woodstock and Me.
