Biography
Frédéric Bodson was a Belgian actor, also credited as Pit. Born in Liège in 1948, he appeared in several films by the Dardenne brothers, including Rosetta (1999) as the Head of Personnel, La Promesse (1996) as the Garage Boss, and The Child (2005) as the older bandit.
He had earlier worked in comedy, appearing in and writing for television series such as Collaricocoshow (1987) and Collaroshow (1981) under the name Pit Vankergueluff. Bodson also took roles in other films including Carne (1991) as a TV preacher and television series such as The Little Murders of Agatha Christie (2009). He died in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, in 2018.
