Biography
Gaétan Huot is a Canadian film editor from Quebec. He edited François Girard’s Thirty Two Short Films About Glenn Gould (1993), for which he received the Genie Award for Best Editing.
Huot collaborated again with Girard on The Red Violin (1998), winning Best Editing at the first Jutra Awards. He has edited numerous other features, including Karmina (1996) and Lost and Delirious (2001), and received further Genie and Jutra nominations.
