Biography
Gene Darfler is an American actor. Born on 10 December 1930 in Berwyn, Illinois, he began his career on stage, making his Broadway debut as Cecil Wulliver in the short-lived comedy Out West of Eighth (1951).
Darfler worked mainly in television during the 1960s, with guest appearances including Warren Edgar Morley in The Outer Limits (1963), a sheriff in The Fugitive (1965), Charlie Hodges in The Munsters (1965) and roles in Honey West and Bewitched. His film work includes the part of Joe Jackson in John Cassavetes' Faces (1968) and an uncredited role in Kiss Me, Stupid (1964).
