Biography
Georg Rydeberg (21 July 1907 – 22 February 1983) was a Swedish actor. He appeared in more than seventy films between 1932 and 1981.
Born Olof Georg Rydeberg in Gothenburg, he trained at the Royal Dramatic Theatre's acting school from 1929 to 1931 after earlier work at the Lorensberg Theatre. He performed at theatres including Blancheteatern in Stockholm and later the Royal Dramatic Theatre. His film roles include Lindhorst in Hour of the Wolf (1968) and Gustav in Who Pulled the Plug? (1981). He was married to the Finnish actress Birgit Sergelius.
