Biography
George Watters is a film and television editor. He is credited as one of the editors on the 1973 martial arts film Enter the Dragon, alongside Kurt Hirschler and Peter Cheung. His other feature editing credits include Operation C.I.A. (1965) and Virgin Cowboy (1975), on which he also directed.
Watters worked extensively in television, editing episodes of series including Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea (1966–1968), Land of the Giants (1969–1970), Bonanza (1970–1973), The High Chaparral (1970), Kung Fu (1973–1974) and Little House on the Prairie (1974). He began his career at Technicolor in Los Angeles and later served as director of television post-production services at Paramount Studios, overseeing post-production on series such as Mork & Mindy, Happy Days and the miniseries Shogun.
