Biography
Gidi Gov is an Israeli actor, singer and television presenter. He began his career in the Nahal Entertainment Troupe of the Israel Defense Forces in the late 1960s, later forming the band Kaveret with fellow troupe members.
Gov appeared in the films The Band (1978), Dizengoff 99 (1979) and Kippur (2000). He has also worked extensively in Israeli television, including long-running series such as Zehu Ze!.
He was married to screenwriter and playwright Anat Gov until her death in 2012.
